Shipping policy

Empire Copper is based in Perth, Western Australia and ships worldwide via Australia Post.

All parcels lodged by Empire Copper are sent using a tracking service. Upon dispatch, all customers will be provided with a tracking link.


If you need your order to arrive sooner, we suggest upgrading to Express Post or Rush my Order which will incur an additional cost.

Please note: Express Post does not mean that your order will be made quicker, only shipped quicker by Australia Post, but we do offer a 'Rush my Order' service.


Empire Copper cannot guarantee delivery dates or timeframes. Once an order has been dispatched, its arrival time is out of our control. Should an order be missing or delayed, Empire Copper will work to assist the customer in obtaining information on the whereabouts of their order.

International Customers, please be aware that you may be charged import tax by your Country or State.
Import tax varies from 5% - 20% depending on where in the world you are. Import tax is not handled by Empire Copper and Empire Copper does not financially benefit from this.

What is Rush my Order?

Rush my Order is a premium service we offer our customers where, for an additional cost on eligible items, your order will be dispatched within 3 business days and sent via AusPost Express. (Cost includes prioritising your order and Express postage).

Disclaimer: Should we require further information and there is a delay in response, your order will be delayed until all information is received.

Products eligible for 'Rush my Order' include Wall Clocks (except “Half Time” Green Patina), CLINQ Drinkware, Jewellery, Keyrings, Eternal Rose, Trays and Trinket Dishes, Herb and Garden Tags.
